They’re 7 things to against your successfully Meditation.
You’re sitting the wrong way.
Your mind worries about work (home, kids, etc.)
Too tried, been working hard but gain back after feel better.
Ill, very sick, not feeling well, can concentration.
Sex stimulating, (inner)
up set (can’t control yourself)
Your mind wanders, (inner eye, smell, tongue, body, Mind.)
How to make Meditation
Meditation is the state of Mind at nature no wanders, no worry, no anxiety
no thinks of any things. We can do Meditation in all kind of activities, such
as walking, lie down, sitting, working etc.
At this moment we will learn how to do it by sitting down.
Count backward 3 to 1 Method

Firstable: You must find a quiet place where is no one disturbed.
And if there is light you could turn it off or dim it.
Find a comfortable chair and loosen any tight clothing,
place both feet flat on the floor let your hands to rest on your
knees.
Take a deep breath 3 times and relax.
Secondly: Enter the Meditation with the use of the following “count
backward 3 to 1”
Closed you eyes slowly (do not squeeze).
Take a deep breath and while exhaling (slowly), mentally count 3.
Take another deep breath and while exhaling (slowly), mentally count 2.
Take another deep breath and while exhaling (slowly), mentally count 1.
You are now relaxed, this is beginning of simple Meditation.
At this state you’re just simply watch your mind how nature of it.
To keep your mind stay still is your goal. If you can do that you are in the
right track. What happens if you aren’t relaxed or don’t know where you
are?
Don’t worry, repeated “count backward 3 to 1” again this way you
will learn how the body and mind relaxed.
To whom who wishes to sit in the half lotus position, cross-legged
with right leg over the left one keep your back and spine straight put your
hands at rest palm up on your lap. Then you’re starting to use the “count
backward 3 to 1” method and so on.
